Your Visualaction is the vision of your life both personally and professionally. It is a model that prepares you to take action and create your own journey.
Embrace your transformation by becoming self-aware and visualising your next step. Your Visualaction helps you to be more agile, to be more conscious of your emotions in order to take the reins of your life, and to focus on your goals. I want to give you the confidence and to improve your communication skills. I want to help you to advance your career, to become a master of your own mindset, or to become a great leader.
My approach
My aim is, through communication and coaching sessions, to unlock your potential and maximise your performance. Wherever you are in your life right now, I want to follow you on your journey to greatness. Your Visualaction will become a new way of seeing the path to reach your goals. I will be with you every step of the way, helping you find the answers, assisting with different exercises and tests, but also with regular prompts and extra activities.
I will help you to follow your plans and to take action. In our coaching sessions, if you need to also empower your “way to communicate,” I provide communication consulting, and we find out together how to enhance this skill as an individual.
My Communication
Communication is the first essence of relationships. Verbal and non-verbal communication is part of your life, it is impossible to not communicate. If you look to the etymology of the word “communicate” you can see its amazing and powerful meaning: “Communication is sharing a gift that carries a task and a duty (from latin com: share + munis: gift). Therefore, communication happens only when we acknowledge that a given object is a gift that it is worth sharing with others.” (Rigotti and Cigada, La Comunicazione verbal, 2013, Apogeo Education – Maggioli Editore).
For me, communication is hearing you, writing the thoughts you have and accompanying you to put your goals into action.

My Coaching
When I had the opportunity to introduce myself to coaching, I could understand the “magical” power of this discipline. I could empower myself, I was fearless in making changes in my life and I took action with awareness and gratitude. I enhanced my competencies in coaching by training as a Certified Professional Coach at the International Coach Academy. I enjoy accompanying my clients on their new journey, where they are the main character in their own story. Storytelling empowers you and enables you to make your own decisions.

Do you need a Communication’s Path?
Creative thinking, Teamwork, Positivity, Time management, Motivation, Problem solving are called “Soft skills”. Does that sounds familiar?
You have the potential to enhance these skills and you will highlight them during job interviews, or your team meeting such as your public speaking. You can start a “communication path- training” with me that includes role-playing, professional text writing and also verbal and non verbal exercises.

Transform your underlying beliefs, limitations and fears into opportunities. Discover your beliefs, ideas, and values to find your goals, follow them and focus on them. It is easy to dream, but when you start to share your story, you take action, you become the change that you want to see. Being a politician means being a good listener, public speaker and action-taker. But it also entails being a great leader. Firstly, you should listen to yourself, train your argumentation and highlight your talent and identity; use storytelling to express your qualities. Plain language and metaphors are a great tool in coaching, both allow you to transform your thinking and acting behavior. Coaching sessions are just the start to becoming more aware of your potential and your responsibilities; the end result being that you elevate your performance.
